FAQ

All sales are final.

Downloadable items aren’t eligible for returns or refunds since there’s no way to verify deletion of a downloadable file.

If you have any pre-purchase questions that aren’t answered in the item listing, email them to me  [email protected]. Thanks!

You can try, but…

My spreadsheets are only guaranteed to be compatible with Microsoft Excel and Excel for Mac. I cannot guarantee compatibility with any other program.

Yes, however…

Each system includes detailed instructions that should be accessible to beginners. I recommend learning how to access and use Microsoft’s Excel support resources.

All downloads are delivered in a .ZIP (compressed) file .

A .ZIP folder is like a digital cardboard box containing all of your virtual products. Like any other shipment you receive, you’ll have to open the box! To do that, you’ll have to “extract” the contents.

If your phone/tablet does not have this capability, there are apps you can download to extract contents from zip files, but for best results, download the files on a laptop or desktop computer, extract the files there, and then send them to your mobile devices if you like to read on the go. (If you attempt to access a zip folder on a mobile device that doesn’t know what a zip folder is, you’ll get a screen full of random jibberish, which is pretty in its own way, but definitely not useful.)

I highly recommend not attempting to edit spreadsheets on displays smaller than a 15-inch tablet.
(Things get very tiny and very easy to mess up.)

If your phone/tablet does not have the ability to decompress or extract contents from zip files, there are plenty of apps that will allow you to do so. However, for best results, download the files on a laptop or desktop computer, extract the files there, and then send them to your mobile devices or upload it to your preferred virtual drive.

If you attempt to access a zip folder on a mobile device that doesn’t know what a zip folder is, you’ll get a screen full of random jibberish, which is pretty in its own way, but definitely not useful. See “How do I open my download folder?” above to learn how to properly extract the files from your downloaded folder.
