Fantastic article. It really is a stressful time for many of us. Not wanting to inadvertently make an incorrect statement, some of us have been putting off addressing this issue hoping for some leadership in our industry.
You clarified this perfectly for many of us who have been waiting on advancing in a direction that feels right and appropriate.
